Biography
Bioinformatician with experience analysing microbial and human Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data. Expertise in comparative genomics, transcriptomics and handling of large datasets with special interest in genetics, synthetic biochemistry. Currently working as Bioinformatics Analyst at Congenica. Previous work experience include bioinformatics at GSK, software engineering and several academic research projects in bioengineering. Holds two MScs from Imperial College London, UK, in Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science as well as a BSc in Technology and Life Science from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, Switzerland. Speaks English, French and Spanish.
