Fernando Navarro

Biography

In June of 2016, Fernando joined Agendia’s senior management team as Vice President of Global Operations. Since joining the company in 2014, his leadership role has grown from overseeing the Customer Service and Sales Support functions to leading the Continuous Process Improvement Team and Global Laboratory Operations. Fernando has significantly contributed to operational strategic planning, provided leadership and oversight of processes improving operational efficiency and quality by introducing lean and agile methodologies.  Prior to joining Agendia, Fernando held key operational roles streamlining processes, team-building, and as Senior Director of a CLIA laboratory founded by Stanford University. He comes with over 20 years of experience in the diagnostic healthcare industry from multiple start-up Biotech companies in the US and internationally, large hospital systems, and nationwide reference laboratories.
