Biography
Lilian Hendrick-Nefkens joined Agendia in September 2016. Prior to joining Agendia, she was with Tata Steel Europe for 13 years. She started as an Employment Attorney and eventually transitioned to Human Resources. She went on to serve as the Human Resource Manager for several departments where she was responsible for implementing corporate strategy, change management, employee engagement, performance management and leadership development. Lilian holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Maastricht University.
