Biography
She is a part of the Employees and Staffing group and work with international employment law matters including restructuring and global staffing solutions. Managing termination processes and negotiations with the unions are part of my daily work duties.She is a regular advisor in work environment cases and systematic work environment management. She has managed numerous collective processes such as labour restructurings, modification and unification of working conditions. She also give advice on corporate and compliance matters such as whistle blowing policies, code of conducts etc.
