She have 15 years’ experience of providing legal advice to Swedish and international companies and institutions. During the years, She have specialised in M&A and Corporate Law, Venture Capital, Banking & Finance (also regulatory matters) and Real Estate. She have significant experience of corporate governance related matters and represent customers within different industry sectors, such as Food and Pharmaceuticals, Finance, IT Services, Gaming and Entertainment and Travel. She is also a frequent lecturer within Corporate Law, for instance at Lund University and the Executive Foundation Lund (EFL).
