Biography
During my more than 20 years of practice,She have been in charge of a significant number of domestic and cross-border transactions for industrial customers as well as private equity firms and other investors. She have advised customers on corporate law issues including different types of solvent restructuring and reorganisations. She have vast experience in taking a lead role in different types of commercial projects, for example in relation to the supply of industrial equipment and systems. She is an advisor to a number of medium-sized and larger companies on the overall legal aspects of their business working closely with management on strategic as well as day-to-day issues. Since practising in Brussels during 1995 and 1996, She have been responsible for the firm’s advice on public procurement and competition law.
