Biography
Denise Scots-Knight is CEO and co-Founder of Mereo BioPharma. She is also Managing Partner for Phase4 Partners (formerly known as Phase4 Ventures), where she has been responsible for its investment activities since 1999. Prior to joining Phase4, Dr. Scots-Knight was an investment manager at Rothschild Asset Management and also held senior management positions in R&D and strategic consulting. In addition to Albireo, she serves on the Board of Directors of Oncomed Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Scots-Knight holds a Ph.D. and B.Sc. (Hons) from Birmingham University and was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley.
