Biography
Marit Grimsbo has been a partner and consultant in McKinsey & Company for 16 years. Her focus in McKinsey was Health and Energy / Industry and she led McKinsey's work on health in Norway. Marit is now Senior Vice President of Statkraft, Europe's largest producer of renewable energy, responsible for HR and organization. She is also a board member of the energy company Agder Energi.
