Thomas Thuresson

Biography

Mr. Thomas Thuresson has been the Chief Financial Officer of Alfa Laval Special Finance AB since 1995. Mr. Thuresson serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Head of IT/IS at Alfa Laval Corporate AB. He is responsible for Group finance and control, treasury, real estate and information technology. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of Alfa Laval AB (publ) since 1995 and served as its Executive Vice President since 1995. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Alfa Laval Treasury International AB (publ). He held various positions at PLM in Sweden and Germany. He served as Executive Vice President of Alfa Laval Special Finance AB. Mr. Thuresson served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Alfa Laval Group and Alfa Laval (India) Ltd. since 1995. He joined Alfa Laval in 1988 and has held various positions, including controller of business area Automation from 1988 to 1990, Controller of business area Flow from 1990 to 1991 and Vice President and Group Controller from 1991 to 1994. He has been Chairman and Director of Alfa Laval Special Finance AB since 2002. He has been an Independent Director of JM AB (publ) since April 21, 2016. He has been a Director of PartnerTech Oy, Scanfil Sweden AB and PartnerTech AB since April 2008. He serves as a Director of Dynapac AB. He serves as a Board Member of Alfa Laval Treasury International AB (publ). Mr. Thuresson holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lund in 1981.
