Biography
Long experience from marketing, business development and sales in the pharma industry and in retail pharmacy chain. International experiences from Hanoi, Vietnam. Development and change oriented. Owner of own consultancy company in cooperation with my wife. Long experiences from different leadership positions in small as well as rather big organisations. Now based on long experience mostly interested in working in senior advisory roles or in time restricted management positions (consultant manager / head). My primary goal at present is to try to support younger collegues and share my experiences with them. It is pay back time for all the fantastic things I have learned and experienced in my career.
