              In 1979  he Joined Danske Mejeriers Fællesorganisation, appointed has Head of Department in 1983.1987 Head of Department, Mejeriselskabet Denmark, company secretariat.1988 Head of Department, Home Market Div., MD Foods.1989 Production Manager for yellow cheese, MD Foods. 1991 Director for the Home Market Division, MD Foods.1994 CEO of Mejeriernes Produktionsselskab as well as Director for the Home Market Division. 1998 Executive Group Director, MD Foods. 2000 Executive Group Director, Arla Foods.
