Jay Nibbe

Biography

Jay is our Global Vice Chair – Tax, leading more than 50,000 people around the world who make up our Tax practice and is responsible for all aspects of our Tax strategy and operations. He heads our efforts to help clients achieve their goals in this dynamic and ever-changing tax environment, and works to ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional client service to clients worldwide.   Previous experience   Jay joined EY in 1985 and has held numerous leadership positions. Most recently he served as Chair of our Global Accounts Committee, representing EY's largest accounts on the Global Executive. He also served as Deputy Managing Partner for our EMEIA Area and has been responsible for delivering EMEIA's markets agenda since 2009.

Research Interest

Prior to that, Jay served as Americas Vice Chair – Tax and also Americas Tax Managing Partner – Markets. Jay has extensive global experience and from 1995 to 1999 led the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Tax Practice based in Moscow. Jay continues to participate as a member of the EY Emerging Markets Committee. Jay continues to serve many of our largest global accounts.
