Biography
Anders Nordin is one of the two founders of Bioendev and is Professor at Umeå University, where he completed his Master’s degree and PhD. He has over 17 years of experience in process chemistry research, especially in process modeling and optimization for combustion of biomass. He has published over 40 articles within combustion, gasification and refining of biomass and has done over 70 industrial consulting assignments. Before starting Bioendev, Anders was CEO of Energy Technology Centre in Piteå (ETC) and Processometri AB. He is a member of the board for BioFuel Region and reviewer for several academic journals within his field. Anders is an appreciated lecturer at bioenergy conferences and has been project manager for several international research collaborations.
