Biography

 David E. R. Dangoor has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of BioGaia AB since April 24, 2007. He has been Member of the Company's Board of Directors since 2003. He is Member of the Company's Remuneration and Nominating Committees. He is Marketing and Public Relations Consultant. He also serves as President of Innoventive Partners LLC. He previously served as Vice President and Director of Marketing of Philip Morris USA and Philip Morris International, and as Chairman of Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce between 1997 and 2001. He also serves on the Boards of Directors of Medical Research, Manhasset, New York, New York City Ballet Inc., School of Creative Leadership, Berlin University and the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce, among others. Mr. Dangoor holds Master of Business Administration degree.
