Biography
Christine Hajdin, Ph.D., Investigator, Computer Assisted Drug Discovery (CADD), Novartis Christine Hajdin is an investigator in the Computer Assisted Drug Discovery (CADD) group at Novartis focusing on utilizing big data informatics and modeling to better comprehend structure/function relationships and aid drug discovery efforts. Christine obtained her Ph.D. in biological chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she focused on understanding the structural implications of 2D and 3D RNA structure. After graduating and before coming to Novartis, she worked as a data scientist for Explorys in Cleveland, OH. Her interests include 3D structure and dynamic prediction, machine learning and genomic analysis.
