Heidi Nilsen

Biography

Heidi has worked at the Blue Star since 2006. She has previously worked at a small animal clinic in Oslo. Heidi specializes in cardiology (heart disease) as well as imaging (ultrasound, CT, MR). On the Blue Star she is one of the veterinarians who take care of patients with diabetes mellitus. Heidi thinks that the best thing about working on the Blue Star is that the work is varied and that you are part of a larger team with great skills. It is rewarding to follow patients and to work to improve their quality of life. An important challenge is to solve medical problems through good communication with both patient and animal owners.
