Biography

  Dr. Jerry Chang, PhD brings more than 28 years of industry experience in the research, development and commercialization of medical devices, tissues and biologics in the orthopedic, wound management, regenerative medicine and biomaterials space. Prior to joining BONESUPPORT AB, Dr. Chang held the position of Vice President of R&D at Zimmer Biomet Etex, a subsidiary of Zimmer Biomet, and with Etex Corporation that was acquired by Zimmer in 2014. Dr. Chang began his career at Dupont-Stolle Medisorb® Drug Delivery, followed by Bristol-Myers Squibb ConvaTec, then Johnson & Johnson Ethicon Inc. BioSurgical with increasing responsibilities and proven track record for translational research & development of technology platform, product pipeline, IP portfolio, regulatory strategy, preclinical & clinical research, medical education, M&A and commercialization worldwide. Dr Chang has published over 20 papers and has five granted US patents.
