Raul Padilla

Biography

Raul Padilla became CEO of Bunge Brazil in May 2014, having served as Managing Director, Bunge Global Agribusiness and CEO, Bunge Product Lines since July 2010. He had been CEO of Bunge Argentina since 1999, having joined the company in 1997 as commercial director. He has over 30 years’ experience in the oilseed processing and grain handling industries in Argentina, having started his career with La Plata Cereal in 1977. He is a council member of the Brazilian Association of Vegetable Oils Industries. He has served as president of the Argentine National Oilseed Crushers Association, president of the Centro de Exportadores de Cereales de Argentina, vice president of the International Association of Seed Crushers and director of the Buenos Aires Cereal Exchange and the Rosario Futures Exchange. He is a graduate of the University of Buenos Aires.
