Biography
1992 he finished aviation technological university with a specialization in "Aircraft engines engineer mechanic-technologist", in 2002 graduated from Moscow State University with a specialization in "Personnel Management". From 1993 till 2003 he has been working for OJSC "Scientific development and production center "Saturn" where he made his way up from a plumber to deputy technical director -general designer on production and resources.
