Lars Verneholt

Biography

Mr. Lars Verneholt is a Partner and Director of Investments at Litorina Capital Advisors AB. Mr. Verneholt joined Litorina Kapital in 2008. For 12 years, Mr. Verneholt has been a part of the financial advisory industry, where he primarily worked on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He gained extensive transactional experience from both public and private transactions in the Nordic region as well as numerous private equity-related transactions. He serves as Partner at Litorina V Advisor AB. Previously, Mr. Verneholt served as an Executive Officer at Catella Brand AB since 2007, where he was responsible for Catella Consumer. There, he participated in a large number of transactions for ten years, focusing on the retail and consumer goods sectors in the Nordic. Before joining Catella Brand, Mr. Verneholt was a Senior Banker at Carnegie Investment Banking and prior to that spent four years at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. He also worked for two years as an Analyst at Handelsbanken and one year as the Chief Financial Officer at Nordic Circle. Mr. Verneholt serves as a Director of Fiskarhedenvillan, Björnkläder, Cederroth AB, Grolls and Leo´s Lekland, Fresks. He served as Director of Semantix AB. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics and an M.B.A. from University of Chicago.
