Mats Gullbrandsson

Biography

Mr. Mats Gullbrandsson is a Founding Partner at Proton Equity Partners. He was a Senior Partner at CapMan Oyj. Mr. Gullbrandsson joined Buyout team of CapMan in March 2003, where he was responsible for several investments. He served as an Investment Director and Investment Manager of Buyout Business Unit at CapMan Oyj. He served as an Investment Manager at CapMan AB. Prior to CapMan, he worked at ABN AMRO. Mr. Gullbrandsson served at CARTA Corporate Advisors AB. He worked at RBS Holdings N.V., Alfred Berg Holding AB and Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation. He also serves as a Director of Metallfabriken Ljunghäll AB and Proxima Intressenter AB. Mr. Gullbrandsson has extensive experience in merger and acquisitions, corporate finance and management consulting. He serves as Director of Cederroth AB. Mr. Gullbrandsson holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from the Gothenburg School of Economics including one semester at the Stern School of Business at NYU.
