Biography
Since 2012, Jean-Charles Languilaire has been Senior Lecturer in Business Administration at Malmö University with program responsibility for the Master's Program for Leadership for Sustainability and Responsibility for Business Economics. Jean-Charles Languilaire studied business economics at Jönköping University in 2009. He holds a Degree of Master of Science in Business Administration from Business School of Dijon Burgundy, Dijon in France (now Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Dijon Burgundy) and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Karlstad University. Jean-Charles Languilaire's research focuses mainly on HR and leadership issues focusing on individuals, their well-being and the relationship between work and privacy. The dissertation "Experiencing work / non-work - Theorising individuals' process of integrating and segmenting work, family, social and private "(Languilaire, 2009)." contributed to the field of knowledge about the working life of individuals, especially with regard to the individual's experiences and experiences of the boundaries between work and non-work by introducing a new model. Jean-Charles is now working on the model and developing new ideas about the importance of the city and lifestyle for individuals' experiences of work / non-work. Jean-Charles teaches in leadership, organizational theory, service management, international management and human resource management.
