Biography
Adam Sciegaj is a doctoral student at the Division of Structural Engineering, research group Concrete Structures at Chalmers. He also works at the Department of Applied Mechanics, Division of Material and Computational Mechanics, Material Mechanics. His research is focused on creating a multiscale modelling framework for reinforced concrete structures. The aim is to extend the multiscale modelling approach to reinforced concrete and thus to enable the study of crack growth in detail in large scale structures, like e.g. bridges.
