Biography
Masoumeh Heibati is a PhD student at the Division of Water Environment Technology, at Chalmers. Her research focuses on developing a new method for monitoring the effectiveness of drinking water disinfection based on natural organic matter optical properties. The goal is assessing the exposure of microorganisms to disinfectants and indicating regrowth and odor potential, using colored dissolved organic matter fluorescence.
