Biography
Tor Kihlman is Professor Emeritus at the Division of Applied Acoustics, at Chalmers. He works with national and international noise policy by advicing policy-makers. The work mainly deals with the noise emissions from the major noise sources. During the last years the work has concentrated on influencing EU’s legislation concerning noise emission from road vehicles.
