Biography

 Mr. Per-Anders Johansson serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of CIMON AB and engaged in most of the subsidiaries of the CIMON Group. Mr. Johansson was a Co-founder of Cimon Enterprise AB and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Executive Partner. Mr. Johansson served as a Senior Vice President of Technical Operations at Bioinvent International AB until May 23, 2016. For 20 years, he has been Financial Director of larger international companies such as Nordico AB and Ellos AB. Mr. Johansson has extensive experience from technology- and development companies, as well as a thorough industrial experience from the Karlshamns Group, Nordico and Ellos where he held management positions. He served as Chief Executive Officer of AAK AB (alternate name AarhusKarlshamn AB). Mr. Johansson served as Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Bioinvent International AB. He served as Vice President of Ellos, Nordico and Karlshamns Group. He served as Acting Business Area Manager of Finance at Avalon Innovation AB and served as its President. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of AarhusKarlshamn AB. He has many years of experience from tech and med-tech ventures. He was employed by Bioinvent International AB since 1984. He served as Senior Vice President of Technical Operations of Bioinvent International AB until May 23, 2016. He served as Director of Antibody manufacturing and procurement at BioInvent International AB. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance of AarhusKarlshamn AB. Mr. Johansson serves as the Chairman of the Board of Mina Gubbar i Stockholm Finansservice AB, MediReduce AB, Svensk Avfallsrådgivning AB and Nomic Förvaltnings AB. Mr. Johansson has been the Chairman of the Board at Paxman AB (publ) since December 1, 2016. Mr. Johansson serves as Chairman of CFS Medical AB as well as Board Member of Konfekta AB and Carl-Ejler Rasmussen & Co A/S. He serves as and Dolby Sweden AB (Formerly Coding Technologies AB). He served as Chairman of Avalon Innovation AB since 2004. Mr. Johansson served as Chairman of AarhusKarlshamn AB. He served as Chairman of the Board at TC TECH Sweden AB (publ) and Sparbanken in Karlshamn. He has been a Director of Avalon Innovation AB since 2004 and MedCore AB since 2015. He has been a Director of Karo Pharma AB (publ) since June 2012. He serves as a Director of LTP Lipid Technologies Provider AB.
