Biography
Marvin S Samson joined Circassia as an independent Non-Executive Director on 8 December 2015. He is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Marvin brings to Circassia 50 years’ experience of the specialty pharmaceutical industry, having established and led a number of successful companies. He is currently Founder and CEO of Samson Medical Technologies LLC, and was until recently Interim President of the University of the Sciences, Philadelphia. Previously, he was CEO and Chairman of Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, Group Vice President of Injectables at Teva, CEO and President of SICOR, Founder, President and CEO of Marsam Pharmaceuticals and Founder, CEO and President of Elkins-Sinn. Research Interest
He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Antares Pharma Inc, Flynn Pharma Ltd and NanoPass Technologies Ltd. He is also Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and a Board Member of the Cooper Rowan Medical School, Virtua Health and the Franklin Institute.
