Biography
Heino is an investor and shareholder of CGN. He has bachelor degree in Finance from University of Tartu and MBA from Nyenrode Business University. His experience extends from public sector to finance and real estate. Heino has worked as an economic adviser to the Prime Minister, and member of the board of the Riigi Kinnisvara (holder and manager of state real estate assets) and Hoiupank (3rdlargest bank in the Baltics at that time).
Research Interest
His research interests lie in Healthcare and Medical Sciences. He is the Editor-in-Chief Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise credits him with many publications in national and international journals. He is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through his authorship of many books.
