Fred Mats

Biography

Mats Fred is a PhD student in Political Science at the Department of Global Political Studies at Malmö University. His dissertation is general about organizational changes in public administration and more precise projection processes in Swedish municipalities. Mats took his / her degree in Political Science in 2006 and has since been working as a research assistant at the Work Life Institute and as project manager with a focus on evaluation at Malmö University. Much of Mats's work has affected Swedish municipal and administrative activities and various forms of projects focusing on the labor market and rehabilitation. The dissertation is part of a major research project called Collaboration and Autonomy in Public Administration: Problems, Opportunities or Both?
