Biography
I am interested in the management and organization of Swedish working life in general and its impact on our well-being in particular. I have explored a way to assess psychosocial occupational health risks based on identifying the organizational discourse (thought figures, logic) that make certain things reasonable and others do not. The approach I call Discursive working environment risks. You can read more about it on my website: http://ellerr.se/diskursiva-arbetsmiljorisker/ My project at CTA / Malmö University is called "Identity Work - an overlooked factor for understanding work-related ill health?". It is financed by AFA Insurance (www.afaforsakring.se), runs 2010-2015 and is being done in cooperation with the municipality of Skåne (www.kfsk.se) and the municipality of Håbo. I am also a PhD student at the School of Economics at Lund University. Contact information: Lisbeth Rydén, Björnstorpsvägen 253-23, 24495 Dösjebro, 0708-982771, lisbeth.ryden@ellerr.se www.ellerr.se
