Tuija Muhonen is a professor of work science with a focus on working life psychology. Teaching in working science. Head of Center for Applied Work Life Research and Evaluation - CTA. Current research is about organizational and social workplace issues in human service organizations. Other research interests: Gender equality, Women's career development and leadership.
