Biography
Roland Ahlstrand is a lecturer in sociology at the Faculty of Learning and Society. Research has in recent years been about corporate restructuring, party relations, work organization and employee participation in decision-making processes. In a current project (www.quinne.eu) he will study the relationship between innovation, quality of work and employment, but also social inclusion and gender equality in the private and public sector, as well as the Swedish innovation, work quality and employment regimes. Roland teaches, manages and examines study and career guidance education and teacher education (social sciences).
