Biography
Craig H. Zalvan, M.D., F.A.C.S., is currently the Medical Director of the Institute for Voice and Swallowing Disorders at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow, New York. He is an associate professor in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at New York Medical College / Westchester Medical Center, where he is also the Residency Coordinator.
