Ruth S. Weinstock, MD, PhD, is SUNY Distinguished Service Professor, and Division Chief and Fellowship Program Director of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism in the Department of Medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University, Syracuse NY. She is also the Medical Director of the Clinical Research Unit and Medical Director of the Joslin Diabetes Center at Upstate Medical University.
