Biography
Nikolay Oskolkov is an Associate Researcher. He have a background in Soft Matter theoretical physics and currently combining it with bioinformatics methods in applications to type 2 diabetes (T2D) research.
Research Interest
Nikolay Oskolkov research interest in currently working on the RNA-sequencing of human skeletal muscle biopsies from Botnia cohort in order to understand the role of exercise on the gene expression and splicing patterns in human muscles.
