Bryndis Birnir is working as a Researcher in Institute of Diabetes Wellness Network Sweden in Department of Diabetes and Endocrinology at Uppsala University Sweden.
Research Interest
Bryndis Birnir is involved in working on developing new treatments for type 1 diabetes. The studies include experimental studies in laboratory environments as well as clinical trials where we try to prevent loss of insulin-producing cells in the onset of diabetes, new insulin-producing cells and replacing lost cells with new transplantation.
