Biography

Unn-Britt Johansson is working as a Member for advisory committee in Institute of Diabetes Wellness Network Sweden in Department of Diabetes and Endocrinology Sweden.  

Research Interest

Unn-Britt Johansson is involved in working on developing new treatments for type 1 diabetes. The studies include experimental studies in laboratory environments as well as clinical trials where we try to prevent loss of insulin-producing cells in the onset of diabetes, new insulin-producing cells and replacing lost cells with new transplantation.
