Biography
Roep has focused on the role of autoreactive T cells in diabetes by assessing human cellular immune responses, autoantigen identification, and islet allograft rejection and the design and immunological monitoring of immunointervention strategies in clinical type 1 diabetes. Professor Roep has been a member of the Scientific and Medical Advisory Board since 2006.
Research Interest
