Biography

Mr. Lars Guldstrand serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Partner of GKL Growth Capital. Mr. Guldstrand serves as an Executive Chairman of European Directories SA. He served as an Executive Chairman of Macquaire Private Equity Media. Mr. Guldstrand served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Eniro AB. He has been with Telia's Directory division since 1986. Mr. Guldstrand served as the President at Telia Info Me-dia Reklam AB, Telia InfoMedia International AB, Telemedia North American LLC in the US and Din Del AB. He held executive positions in Din Del and LOCAL Touch Inc. Mr. Guldstrand has more than 25 years of international execution and investing experience from the telecom, media, and technology sector. He has also taken part in turnarounds, restructurings and mergers and acquisition activities within a number of other sectors including the financial sector and the Internet sector. Mr. Guldstrand serves as the Chairman of Paynova AB (publ), EcoEnergy and G-Life AB, KMW Energi AB, Amarant Mining, and EcoEnergy Scandinavia AB. He serves as Chairman of British Telecom Directories and Chairman of Monetar Pensionsförvaltning AB. He served as Chairman of Mineral Invest International MII AB (publ), (AKA, Mineral Invest International AB) since December 2012. He served as the Chairman of Paynova AB since December 2005. Mr. Guldstrand served as the Chairman of Central Asia Gold Ab and served as its Vice Chairman since March 2009. He served as Chairman of Auriant Mining AB (publ), where he served as its Vice Chairman and Director since March 2009. He serves as Deputy Chairman of the Israeli company Golden Pages Ltd. He serves as a Director of Centum Financial Services and Loxystem AB. He has been a Director of Central Asia Gold Ab since March 2009. He served as a Director of Amari Resources. Mr. Guldstrand served as a Director of Eniro AB. He holds an M.B.A. degree from California Coast University.
