She is the Member of the Audit Committee & Member of the Technology of Ericsson Tele-Communications & Equipment Company. She served as active Employee in Science Committee of Ericsson Tele-Communications Company for few years. She is a recipient of many awards and grants for her valuable contributions in her field of Interest. She is at the Editorial Board Member of many peer reviewed journals and as her area of expertise credits of Advisory Board of Marketing with many publications in national and international journals.She is committed to the highest standards of excellence and dedication to her Professional duties as it proves through her hard work and authorship of many Books and Articles. Director General of the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) since 2012. Executive Vice President and Head of Digital Services and Broadcast and Executive Vice President and Head of Nordic Region, Group Executive Management at Telenor (2010–2012). Previous positions include Chief Executive Officer and Commercial Director at Aftenposten, Chief Executive Officer at Scanpix, Managing Director and Editor in Chief at Scandinavia Online, and several positions at the Coca-Cola Company, Unilever and Norges Eksportråd.
