Biography
Mark is a Partner at the Oxford-based 3Keel Partnership in the UK. In this role, Mark's focus is on improving the resilience and sustainability of the food system and the landscapes and value chains that support it. He works with major food businesses, policymakers, academics and NGO's to establish collaborative partnerships to find solutions to common problems. Mark has a successful 25-year track record working on a range of corporate and product sustainability issues. He helps to convene multi-stakeholder partnerships; develop public/private sector voluntary standards and agreements; and undertakes ground-breaking research to support informed decision-making by businesses and policy-makers. Mark is also an adviser to the World Economic Forum’s Driving Sustainable Consumption Initiative, the UNEP’s 10-Year Framework of Programmes on Sustainable Consumption and Production; and is a Trustee, Non-Executive Director and the Deputy Chair of FSC-UK. He also sits on the advisory boards of a number of international food businesses, including Tesco and Groupe Danone; as well as being a member of the Advisory Board of FCRN.
