Biography
Maria Unenge Hallerbäck is a Chief Physician with many years of clinical experience in child and adolescent psychiatry in Karlstad. Maria put forward her dissertation in March 2012. It is a comparative study consisting of two patient groups, one including young adults with autism spectrum diagnoses and the other including young adults with psychosis diagnoses.
Research Interest
Maria is currently involved in the Selma study (www.selmastudy.se), within the field of public health sciences at the Karlstad University. It is an international collaboration, which aims to investigate associations between prenatal exposure to endocrine disruptive chemicals and child development
