Biography
Nils Foldal has been a member of our board of directors since June 2015. Nils is the CEO of Ludvig Lorentzen AS, a privately held Norwegian investment company that invests in both listed and unlisted securities and investments with a long term time horizon. Nils was previously Investment Director at Awilhelmsen Capital AS, Managing Director of K-Aktiv Forvaltning AS (today Nordea Investment Management), CEO at DnB Investor AS, Investment Director at Storebrand Asset Management and Pluss Fondene. Nils has extensive experience in venture capital, building new ventures and more mature growth companies from a wide range of high tech industries such as IT, mobile technology, nano-technology, financial services, investment services, real estate and shipping. Nils has a Master of Science and is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Business Management (NHH).
