Per-olof Wallstrom

Biography

Per-Olof has extensive experience from various positions in the international pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, including Senior Management positions at Merck, Astra, Pharmacia and Bristol-Myers Squibb. In addition, he has served as CEO of Q-Med AB, Melacure Therapeutics AB and Karo Bio AB. Per-Olof is also director of the boards at Camurus AB (Chairman), MB Eriksson Bygg och Fastighet AB (Chairman) and Arosia Communication AB and Patients Pending Ltd. (Chairman). Per-Olof holds an M.Sc. in Pharmacy from Uppsala University. Born 1949. Per-Olof is member of the Hansa Medical Audit committee and of the Remuneration Committee Independent of Hansa Medical and its senior management. Independent of major shareholders of Hansa Medical.
