Biography
Gun Nilsson, Chairman of the Board and Member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, has been a Hexagon Board Member since 2008. She holds the position as CEO of Melker Schörling AB and has previously held the positions of CFO of IP-Only, Sanitec Group, Nobia Group, CEO of Gambro Holding AB, and CFO and Deputy CEO and Executive Vice President of Duni AB. She has earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and serves since 2017 as Board Member of AAK, Hexpol and Loomis and also as Board Member of Bonnier Holding AB. She has also served as Board Member of Capio AB, Dometic Group AB, Duni AB, Husqvarna AB, LFV and hold the positions of Deputy Board Member of Vinpröjsaren AB and Art Photo Foundation Sweden AB.
