Alton Shader

Biography

Alton Shader was appointed Senior Vice President and President, Front Line Care in September 2015. Mr. Shader joined Hill-Rom as Senior Vice President and President, Post-Acute Care in July 2011, and held the position of President, North America since May 2012. Before joining Hill-Rom, Mr. Shader was General Manager of Renal at Baxter International. Previously, he served as General Manager for Baxter Ireland and held senior marketing positions in Baxter's operations in Zurich and in California. Mr. Shader also has held positions of increasing leadership responsibility at several other organizations, including Bain & Company. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College.
