Deborah M Rasin

Biography

Deborah M. Rasin was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary in January 2016. Before joining Hill-Rom, Ms. Rasin served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at DENTSPLY International Inc., the NASDAQ-listed leading manufacturer and distributor of dental and other consumable healthcare products. Prior to DENTSPLY, Ms. Rasin served as Vice President – Legal, General Counsel and Secretary of Samsonite Corporation, and subsequently was a partner in a private law practice in London, England. Prior to joining Samsonite, Ms. Rasin spent ten years as a senior commercial and corporate attorney for General Motors Corporation. Ms. Rasin earned her Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and her undergraduate degree from Harvard College. In addition to the United States and the United Kingdom, she has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Switzerland, and Israel.
