Sue-jean Lin

Biography

Sue-Jean Lin was elected chief information officer of Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., in January 2016. Sue-Jean was most recently senior vice president and chief information officer for Allergan, a Fortune 500 multi-specialty pharmaceutical and consumer medical device company with business operations in more than 100 countries. She also held the role of Vice President of Finance & EMEA Regional Controller based in the U.K. for seven years.    Ms. Lin has more than 30 years of experience working in corporate, commercial, R&D and manufacturing environments and at Allergan was a key member of the M&A integration team restructuring a 30,000+ people organization and delivering a synergy plan for the $70 billion Allergan & Actavis merger. Ms. Lin serves on the non-profit board of Wise & Healthy Aging, an organization based in Santa Monica, California, which provides services and programs to enhance healthy aging. She is also a member of executive advisory board of Women in Technology International (WITI). Ms. Lin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno and is a Certified Management Accountant. She has completed the Executive Leadership Program from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business; the Director’s College program at Stanford Law School.  She is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Governance Fellow.
