Biography

Jens has been CFO / COO since November 2016. He holds a degree from IHM Business School and has completed a number of leadership courses at Columbia University. Jens comes closest to Ericsson, where he has had a number of senior and leading financial roles in Sweden as well as internationally. He has worked in production, product development, service and sales and has a broad knowledge of how an international company is run and structured. Jens also has more than 10 years of experience from a number of financial positions abroad, based in Italy, Turkey and Dubai.Business oriented finance executive with extensive practical know-how in business control, financial management & operational development from Telecom & IT business. Hands-on experience from leading change processes including strategy execution, company integration and transformation, implementation of new financial models, business system installation and restructuring programs.Experience of leading finance functions in different companies, countries and in various legal and operational dimensions (head office, product development, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, service delivery, local subsidiary, etc.). Solid knowledge in managing complex managed services deals. Solid understanding of service business fundamentals and requirements to build a profitable global services business.Truly enjoy building teams and inspiring people to outperform.
