Biography
Charlotte Edenius has extensive experience from leading positions in pharmaceutical and biotech companies, including drug discovery and development, regulatory affairs and marketing. She has previously served as Executive Vice President, R&D, Medivir AB; Senior Vice President R&D, Orexo AB; Vice President Research, Biolipox; and in various positions within AstraZeneca Clinical R&D. Charlotte is presently Director of the Boards at Kancera AB, Aptahem AB and SynAct Pharma AB. She holds an MD and PhD from the Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm. Independence: Charlotte is independent from the Company, its management and its primary shareholders. Member of the Board since 2016.
